Everyone's gearing up for the massive Version 1.2 drop on April 17. The new patch is bringing some wild changes to the Wuling region. They're dropping a rerun banner mid-May with older 6-stars like Gilberta and Ardelia. It's a solid chance to fix any holes in your elemental lineups.


Messing with Liquid Materials
Base building is getting a huge overhaul with the Wuling AIC III system. You'll unlock new recipes for liquid materials as you push through the story. Stuff like Precipitation Acid is gonna be mandatory for crafting high-tier gear. It takes some getting used to, but setting up these automated pipelines makes late-game farming way less painful. You'll use these new mats to craft the Xiranflow set. It's basically tailor-made for Electric ops and will probably be Zhuang Fangyi's best-in-slot gear.


Better Pity Rates
They actually listened to the players and tweaked the gacha mechanics. The 120-pull hard pity for the featured 6-star is still there, which is a lifesaver if you lose the 50/50. Weapon pulls got way better too. You're guaranteed a 6-star weapon in 40 pulls now. They even extended the weapon banners to overlap with three character banners. It gives everyone way more breathing room to save up tickets for signature gear without swiping their cards.


Freebies and Map Updates
Make sure your account is set up before the patch hits because they're handing out 900 Oroberyl for maintenance downtime. We're also getting a free monthly pass tribute just for logging in. It stacks with your normal monthly card, giving you extra sanity to farm the new Marker Stone and Test Area maps. If you're still behind on the story and want to jump straight into the new Wuling maps, you can always buy Arknights endfield boosting to catch up fast. The new zones are packed with tough boss fights and rare upgrade materials.
